Fortune River Retains First Canadian Capital Corp. for Investor Relations Services

Fortune River Resource Corp. (“Fortune”) has retained First Canadian Capital Corp. (“First Canadian”) as an investor relations and corporate communications consultant. First Canadian is based in Toronto and has provided corporate communications, investor relations and market awareness services to micro-cap, small cap and mid-cap public companies listed on North American stock exchanges for over ten years. First Canadian will aim to raise investor awareness, attract investment, and find strategic financial partners for Fortune.
The consulting agreement between Fortune and First Canadian has a term of 12 months, unless terminated earlier as provided in the agreement, and provides for a monthly fee of $3,500 to First Canadian. First Canadian’s engagement as an investor relations consultant of Fortune is subject to regulatory approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
